Gosh I don’t think you have room for tile along the right wall. I would have moved heaven and earth (downsized to an 18” dishwasher, etc) in order to get the gas range away from the side wall. Sorry, no help from me…

Seapearl is very similar to Taj Mahal quartzite, but Seapearl has more green-gray tones, so you might want to search on the hundreds of old posts titled something similar to "what backsplash with my Taj Mahal?".

Usually what works well is finding a tile that matches your white cabinet color. If the white cabinet goes with the seapearl, so will a tile of the same white color.

I would choose a glossy white subway tile for the backsplash.

No need to put any tile up the side walls.

I wouldn’t do a backspash tile, etc. The quartzite is beautiful... and really has enough interest and movement. And the wall color that you have is perfect with it; so consider just leaving the painted wall. If the paint finish is flat, you could paint over the backsplash area in the same blue color, but in eggshell finish, to make it easily cleanable/ wipeable. If you need something in back of the range, you could just use a piece of stainless there; for that, visit Amazon.
