You could hang your brooms on the wall opposite the washer/dryer. It won't be elegant, but utility rooms often aren't.

Please add a couple photos of the "built-in cupboard" with the door open and a photo of the vacuum cleaner to show its size and shape.

Perhaps its shelves could be rearranged to customize it for you.

Where do the other doors go to?

I'd swap the sink and stacked W/D and take the door off the storage/cupboard.
