I love that tile but I would never use it in a shower - too hard to clean a textured tile.

I would never use a textured tile of any sort inside a shower.

I like the look of that textured tile. Textured tiles trap dirt, soap scum, and mildew vs. smooth tiles. The deeper the grooves, the harder it becomes to remove debris = frequent scrubbing.

If .you have someone who cleans your shower, I'd go ahead and use them if you love the look.

They make cleaning tile easy (we used two of them to make my sister's tile + grout look amazing when she decided to sell her house). If you use it with The Pink Stuff paste, it works even better/easier.

If you don't have someone who cleans your shower - and you hate spending time cleaning - you might want to skip using a textured tile inside the shower. While all tile in a shower needs to be cleaned, a textured tile is going to require more effort + more frequent scrubbing in order to keep clean (although, using the rotating scrubbing brush does not require much effort - in fact, you aren't supposed to press down too hard against the tile when using it + it's also good to use on glass + many other things - we used the two scrubbers all over my sister's house - even cleaned the inside of her oven with one).

The blade of my shower squeege gets gross after a week or so, but it's easily cleaned. The only thing worse than textured tile in a shower would be brick.
