What you know from testing these 3 color: " Parchment, which was better, but maybe a little yellow". Logical next step is look at colors similar to Parchment but less yellow and more yellow-red. And you have a lot to choose from just from Benjamin Moore.

Parchment is the bigger dot so you can see how all the other options sit more towards yellow-red which is where you're going to get more peachy appearance.

what my eyes prefer to look at.

If it exists, it has been measured. Paint and color distills down to math, chemistry and a couple other disciplines. And the same science that's used to make paint colors can be leveraged to quickly find the ones with the characteristics we're looking for.

It's something anyone can learn how to do, but not everyone necessarily wants to.
