That's a nice quartz, with minimal realistic veining. Would you consider running the quartz up the backsplash? That would give you a nice seamless look.

I'm not loving the tile you posted with the quartz. I'd choose either a plain white tile or something in a color you like. If you don't want white, then a plain beige that works with the colors in the quartz. The patterning on the tile doesn't work well with the veining in the quartz.

You might post more photos--people here are lazy and don't want to click on a link or do a search. Post the cabinets, quartz, and tile possibilities all together, and you might get better advice.

However, you need to get samples and view all the materials together in your room with your light to make sure they all work well together.

I think that a green tile that works with the green in your canisters would look great! It will provide some color without being too risky if you typically don't like adding bold elements.
