The cool mornings have not been helpful along with the lack of rain. These pictures have either been taken at 5 pm or 7:30 pm.

COSMIC DISCLOSURE: New last year after visiting Cottage Gardens. Thick substance for a diploid.

OFF BEAT

ALPHA AND OMEGA: Good performer.

PHILLIES' PINSTRIPE: This plant increases well. Earlier in the season it is almost all red.

CARNELIAN CHAMELEON: new last spring.

VOICCE OF TRUTH: This is a great plant. Blooms above the foliage, nice scape and well budded. The second picture is of the scape.

NATURE'S CRYSTAL SEA: Also has well budded scapes.

HAREM HOUSE: An older Moldovan. The petals are usually darker, but not bad for a 7:30 pm photo.

COOL FOOL: Tall pink that I need to cross with some Bennett daylilies.

MONEY MAKER

HONEY ON MY LIPS: Strong grower

PAISLEY PAJAMAS: Out of Desire of Nations.

ALONE AGAIN: Has a nice scape.

ULTIMATE ILLUSION: Tends to be shorter than registered. Still, a nice bloom.

I start digging for the Free State Daylily Society sale and auction. I am crazy, as I am take 40 different plants to the sale (150 double or triple fans). Hoping to come back with some interesting plants (BURST INTO SONG, DOMAIN OF DARKNESS, GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS, STAR KING, STONE PALACE STREAKER). Who knows what else.
