Note- This is just a rendering so that center drawer cabinet doesn’t have the weird bottom drawer in real life. Also, I have not chosen mirrors or sconces/lighting yet so any advice there would be appreciated too. The dimensions of cabinet are 30 in sink base + 21 in drawers+ 30 in sink base

Too bad you already have the cabinets. A lot of space wasted on wide sink cabinets, when you could have had more drawer space.

I’d centre over cabinets, as it would bother me. Consider different lighting and/or placement.

For a bathroom sink you don't need more than a 22" sink cabinet with drawers on each side and in the middle.

@chispa, but that is just making the problem worse by giving her even less room near the wall to put a sconce. It would also be a very small sink to fit in a 22 sink base.

For me I swould want them centered. How far away do you see the sinks from? I also feel like I would get used to them being off centered in a longer run like that over time also.

See Paul F's rendering - the size of the mirrors affects the sconce placement. Skinny sconces are popular right now (and they're practical), so I think you have an opportunity to make this work if you plan it out carefully. Measure and use painter's tape to mock up mirrors and sconces on the wall in question before you cut into the drywall for junction boxes for the light fixtures. Make sure the size mirror you're envisioning is available. Mirrors can be custom cut to size, but it will be cheaper and easier if you buy them online in a standard size.

@RNmomof2 zone 5, a 22" sink base is plenty big for a standard bathroom sink. Now if OP is putting in oversized troughs then it wouldn't fit!

Sink cabinet doors are 22" wide with Kohler Caxton sinks installed.

You do not have to center the sinks within the 30-inch cabinet boxes if that creates worse mirror and sconce placement.

In a bathroom like this, I would prioritize the finished composition of sink, faucet, mirror and lighting over perfect symmetry to the cabinet carcass. What most people actually notice is whether the vanity wall feels balanced when you are standing in front of it, not whether the sink is mathematically centered inside each base cabinet.

If moving the sinks slightly helps you keep better side-sconce spacing and keeps the bowls from feeling crowded against the side walls, that can be the better solution. The important part is to make the offsets intentional and coordinated: check faucet placement, usable counter space, drawer/door function, mirror centering, and how close the sconce glass or bulb changes will be to the walls.

From a production and QC perspective, this is really a tolerance-and-clearance question. I would mock up the sink centers, mirrors and sconces full size on the wall before final plumbing rough-in. That usually makes the best alignment choice much more obvious.
