I’m seeing a pretty consistent repeat in the grain. Is this a laminate made to look like straight grain fir?

    This is called rift cut or rift sawn grain. This image isn't one of our projects rather an inspiration. If these cabinets are custom made, then it's a real wood veneer that is rift cut/sawn, probably white oak.
