A oval mirror would be fine, like the one shown over the sink in your second photo. A rectangular mirror should not compete with the window. A rectangular mirror can't match the window in size because of the light fixture. The squashed free form mirror doesn't complement the bathroom style.

I'd choose a framless beveled edge rectangular mirror, no need for any more trims with the window.

If this is a guest bath I would go for a more decorative mirror …perhaps with a frame …that leaves more room for a light fixture to be mounted below window frameheight

It is also may be more comfortable to have an option to cover the window at night as needed
