It looks like a Farm Rio knockoff. I saw a lot of similar things when I was wasting time at Marshalls yesterday

Do you have a deeper picture of it by chance? Or do you know of it was a dress or blouse?

I can go back through the interview video and see it I can grab anything better but the camera angle didn't really capture anything more. It could be linen but something tells me it's more silky, and I'm assuming blouse as her 'uniform' seems to be plain slacks and an eye cacthing blouse/sweater or a very simple high quality looking sweater set kind of thing. She has become somewhat of a muse for me in clothing, jewelry and even home decor when I catch glimpses of it in the background. I went so far as to purchase the same menorah she has! Her taste in most things seems to be very similar to mine - overall tailored, crisp but something that packs a wow in there.

I did a focused google image search and that JW shirt showed up. When I zoomed in on each I could see the pattern matched on the cream part of the shirts so I was pretty sure it was a brand match, though I didn't realize until now that it was the exact shirt! I thought the op was longer sleeves.
