For serious home cooks, need advice on 36inch dual fuel oven range.

We are not wanting to get a luxury oven (Wolf and Thermador are not options), but one that is well made, has a low simmer, 6 burners and good reliable oven to bake a variety of dishes daily. Ease of cleaning is a plus.

Chat GPT and the seller at the appliance store recommend the Frigidaire Professional Collection. When I opened the oven door it seemed a little cheaply made but I might be wrong. I know I don't like the KitchenAid one. The ones I'm wondering about are 1. Thor Kitchen Model: HRD3606U, 2. Bosch 800, 3. Café.

Any other recommendations? I would love opinions of those who have had them for more than a year and cook with several burners at the same time. Thank you!

Did you mean to ask about "dual fuel" ranges (i.e., gas burners on top, electric ovens below) rather than "dual ovens"? I ask because none of the brands you've listed (Frigidaire, Bosch, Cafe, Wolf, Thermador, and Thor) offer dual oven ranges in the 36" wide size. They do offer "dual fuel" models in the 36" width. AFAIK, the only 36 inch "dual oven" ranges available in North America are ones sold under the Forno and Verona brands.

In CR's tests, the Electrolux ECFD3668AS did reasonably well, though it didn't earn a "recommended" rating. The Frigidaire Gallery Series GCFD3661AF is the same except for appearance and price. But 30" models did better; the Cafe C2S900P2MS1 earned a recommended rating and owners like it.
