Very caramel! Yummy! I like your color scheme so far. I like your choice of cream for the two chairs, though you may be able to use dark green for them instead. Since you have mauve walls elsewhere in the house, deep plum or aubergine would make a good accent color in this space. Caramel, green, and plum/aubergine make a triadic color scheme.

What do you use your coffee table for? How many guests come over and what do you do together? I'd like to see more side tables first. Do you have storage furniture in the room? A recent Houzz article listed as a common living room mistake the failure to plan for these types of furniture.

The coffee table I have currently is a storage trunk style and used for mail/magazine and general storage. It is not convenient for serving coffee as it is not easily accessible from any of the sofas :) Thanks for the reminder!
