There are pros and cons for sure. As long as there is enough room to stand at the sink and turn sideways to load, it works just fine. In this case our clients really wanted a peninsula for the additional counter and storage space and there was simply no other place for it. Functionality won out and they have been happy with it!

Thank you for your response! I have a penisula but it sticks out too far into the kitchen making the flow difficult The sink is at an angle and the dishwasher is to the left I want to square it off like this one and make the penisula shorter leaving more room

Yes, those angled sinks can be quite bothersome. We say go for it!
