Please help; I'm stuck! Bathroom colors needed.
What do I do for wall color? And with cabinet color? I was thinking a dark wood cabinet for depth and contrast. And changing hardware to nickel or chrome. Will appreciate all help. Thank you!!

12 years agoI have carrera marble in my bathroom and used Benjamin Moore Seattle grey on the walls....came out great. What do you think?

PRO11 years agoI would agree with BM Marilyn's Dress. We have used that in bathrooms with no natural light and it still lifts the room. Since you do have a great deal of natural light, I wouldn't be shy about going darker. It's hard to tell from the photos, but if you hold your paint deck up to the darker veining in the marble and then again on the tile, you should be able to come up with a few choices. We also like Sherwin Williams SW 7650 Ellie Gray and SW 7064 Passive.
Look for the smallest of detail in the marble and that will help to enhance it.
Remember to be generous with your swatch samples and put the color up both next to the window and into corners. Also be sensitive to the colors in the adjoining room. Make sure you look at it in the light and dark, sunny and overcast days.
