Not to be a stick-in-the-mud, but if you will be serving anyone who is diabetic, be careful with your ingredients. Smoothies can contain alot of sugar. Use fruit instead of juice, and plain greek yogurt. The almond butter is a great idea too (protein). What a nice thing to do for the staff!! 😊
