yummmmm

Love this! You two are so cool. :)

Dinner looks wonderful … I’ve never had white baby eggplant. I’m a big fan of purple eggplant, is there much difference in taste?

@Jilly we got them at Wegmans after my hand appt. They are white before they become purple. No difference just exterior color. All are very tender. At the Asian store they often have tiny ones and we get those. Wegmans had about 6 different kinds . Will be back to C’ville for DH’s leg on Oct . 30th and get some more.

( sure are tired of Dr visits !!!) hopefully this is it! c

Thank you!

I hope your Dr visits will be less and less. 🤍

Oh, that looks so yummy.

I can remember my dad grilling steaks outside dtanding in the snow in the middle of winter.

Sounds yum. And the first picture looks like a painting!! I really thought it was and had to look again

Hope your healing continues apace with no complications. Dinner looks delicious!

Dinner looks delicious.

I missed your hand injury or surgery. Speedy recovery, either way.

I hear you on the doctor appointments. I am in the process of changing all of mine to local doctors instead of going to AL. Now I can just spend time with family and friends instead of cramming two to three annual appointments in 2-3 days. Did not leave much time to visit my favorite antique stores either!

Thank you all for the sweet well wishes. DH is the best. He loves to cook and clean up so I am twice lucky. ❤️❤️🙏🙏

@Allison0704 2 weeks ago on Monday evening I was helping DGS clean his e-bike chain and as I am not used to e- bikes I managed to get my R thumb smashed in the moving chain! Horrible pain and splintered 2 places in the bone and crushed the nail. It is healing but will be a slow process. Fortunately I am left handed but boy is everything awkward anyway.

Oh,no, C. Heal well ❤️

That sounds so painful C. Hope healing moves along swiftly with no hitches.

Love your photos of your DH tending to the meal. Lucky girl.

@Still trailing OUCH x 10! Just reading that made me cringe.

Thank you @nutsaboutplants, @Allison0704 and @rubyclaire. It is healing but still painful if bumped and looks really awful … and will look bad for many months till the nail grows out.

It looks great for Halloween though !😳😫. c
