We have just purchased a new home.
I prefer bright lively colors or eye catching jewel tones (pic #1). The exterior & interior of the house is more warm (brown) than cool (grey).

How can I incorporate my preferences into the existing brown overtone throughout the house?
It seems difficult to me to have the color "flow" from the brown exterior to an interior of cool grey with highlights / touches of preferred colors. Especially with dark brown floors, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, and dark brown cabinetry. The house is pic #2.


Am I destined to live with hues of cream, tan & khaki? LOL! ;)
