My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The wall is framed out with 2x6 studs to support the electric fireplace, the TV is attached to the wall by a TV Wall Mount Bracket. The surround detail is a custom fiberglass surround but you could achieve a similar look using painted drywall or with another covering.
