My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We are looking at doing a island the shape of a baseball diamond. The cooktop will be on an angle in the corner across from home plate. How many feet would you recommend between the cooktop and island? Is 8 ft too far?

    As with any sizable project there are numerous factors that enter in to the solution. May I suggest you speak with your designer about the specifics and work on the answer that's right for you?
