the photo was posted by the photographer, so perhaps they do not know the answer (and sadly haven't replied). I wish we knew more. I suspect, given the edge goes beyond the cabinet on the right side, that this is tile. There are rugs that have a similar look but I agree this is spectacular. Here is one such ideas if you wanted a similar look with an area rug:

Lakeside Flooring, Rugs Done Right is probably right. Check to see if the photographer provides the name of the designer and then look to see if the designer has a portfolio on Houzz or see if the designer has a website to contact them about the flooring.

Well, whoever designed it should win an award. It is breathtaking! And kudos to the person that installed it to perfection. If I could walk into that bathroom and see the floor everyday, it would bring me happiness and images of a new day : -))

This is exactly why I hate Houzz. So many questions unanswered about the design here. I too would like information about the design but not going to bother because there are so many unanswered questions already. Inspiration is only as good as the details it provides!

Jocimiceli, have you even read through this thread? The photographer posted the picture. So I am guessing that he has no idea what the answers are to the questions. And no one is required to answer questions. You can be inspired and not know the specific products in the photo. The sense of entitlement you have to information is a complete turn off. You "hate" Houzz. If I were a designer and I read your comment, I wouldn't want to answer any of your questions. There's a polite way to ask for information and yours is not an example of that.
