My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    They are custom, hand-treated hardwood, by local resource Dutko Hardwood Flooring. The species is European white oak. We used 7" wide planks with a gorgeous walnut colored distressed finish.

    Many of our clients are staining their white oak with walnut stain to enjoy both the color and hardness of white oak. Its about 30% harder than actual walnut.
