This picture was taken at dusk. We, unfortunately, do not have any pictures of this house during the day, but it does look great!

Hard to say since the body color is " Ben Moore, Copley Gray". Tan is not the word that I'd use to describe the exterior in the day light...

I didn't see "dramatic transformation" on the bottom of the home page and I'd love to see the interior, too. The before and after of the exterior of this house is mind boggling! Beautiful transformation. Well done!

How many square feet were added to the second floor? Could this be done to a ranch? Do you have any pictures of the back of the home? Love what you have done to the front!!

About 1400 sq ft added to the second floor. This type of renovation can be done on a ranch, but the a ranch is typically quite a bit wider and will provide a few challenges to get the right proportion with this type of look...
