If they are the same level then they could bud right next to each other with a grout joint gap between then and fill the gap with a grout chalking that would match the color and texture of the grout but will allow for expansion and contraction. If one level is higher then the other then most wood flooring come with a choice of transition strips ranging from t-caps, 1/4, 1/2, or even 3/4 inch reducers. I would have recommended a tile transition strip like a schluter bar but that would only be useful if the tile wasn't already instilled since it is applied under the tile.
