I had my new HB&G ballisters and railing system installed 2 years ago. Last year we started to see staining on the materials. The ballisters were primed and painted per manufacture's instruction with Sherwin Williams Paint. We have tried re priming and repaint and every cleaning solution that has been recommended. HB&G feels the staining is caused by "environmental" conditions. I would appreciate if anyone else that has installed this system and has had this type of issue to share what they did to remedy the staining. I live in Atlanta Georgia and there is not any trees or foliage on this deck. Thank you.
