My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Garage door r-values

We love your garage doors but were told not to use them because we have living space above and it would get cold. Is it a problem?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in responding.

    The living space above requires 2lb spray foam insulation to be added in the joists. This eliminates any cold spaces in the floor. We have not had any problems with these doors for the reason you are asking.
