In our last home we used viatera and loved it! We are using it again in the new home. The best price we could find was one of the holiday weekend sales at Lowe's for $49.99. We used the counters as our cutting boards, hot pads, anything! They are so durable and practically indestructible.

Viatera is proudly made in USA. Because of this regional advantage, our material tends to be more affordable than other major brands like Silestone. Otherwise there is little difference but color/pattern variety. Best wishes for your project!

I have Viatera countertops and they seem to get marked pretty easily. If I look from a side I can see many marks that don't come out. Does this happen to anybody else that has them?
