It's a separate area so if you want to do a complementary stone (which will be more interesting IMO) I'd do that.

Ok, so the door is in the center of the house and currently the "upper" deck is the center and the lower deck is the left 1/3 of the house. The right 1/3 doesn't have any deck. However I also think the deck is too narrow (the tiny table barely fits) so where do I put the patio with the door being in the center? The right 1/3? or tear it all off and start over? Wood decks are a lot of maintenance. I would go for a nice colored stamp concrete on bottom level. I'm so glad we don't have wood. At our age it would be too hard to maintain. Lol
