So much to be done and so little cash flow to do.
Kitchen is functional but needs updating badly.
Patio deck is rotted and needs to be ripped out.
Exterior of house is sided with a hardy-board type
of siding that is not manufactured anymore. Literally
rotting off the house as is the trim around windows
and it leaves the house very drafty in the winter.
Windows need to be replaced as the seals are broken.
Plumbing and electrical seem ok but could stand some
improvement/upgrades.
House was not insulated well if at all when built in 83.
Just overwhelmed with where to start.
Any suggestions?
