We are remodeling a small 8x5 bathroom and have decided on a grey pencil tile for accent but can't decide. The bathroom will be American Olean white subway tile and the floor is Daltile octagon with a light grey dot. My choices are AO bead pencil liner in a darker grey or Daltile flat pencil liner in a lighter grey closer in color to the grey dot on the floor. I don't have any samples to compare so I just have to visualize it and it is driving me nuts. Will the darker pencil liner clash with the lighter color on the floor or will the lighter grey pencil color be too light with the white and not really stand out. Decisions, decisions. The first picture is an example of the dark bead pencil liner and the second example looks like a lighter grey.
