I took my children's wagon down to my local beach after a season of rains. found the log carried it home, cleaned it up and sliced it down the middle. Used my Japanese planes to dress the face and hung it. One of the most satisfying tasks in my years as a reformed cabinet maker. Nice break from computer design work. Ultimately a gift to the client.
