My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    how did you reinforce the cabinet under the washer and dryer to support the weight? it looks like there isn't enough support there.

      You can design this with different wood species/materials. You have to think about what is most important for you for this particular room. Designing and maximizing the use of your space is key. Let me know if you need help with your design, be happy to do so!

      Brian Klein there are plans for a similar under washer and dryer storage area on a website www.ana-white.com. Many have been diy'd without issue.
