My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What are these windows? How energy efficient are they?

    The windows were custom fabricated by the cabinet maker. They are not energy efficient because the garden room on the other side is an internal space.

    ...I should clarify that it is a green house space on the other side, so, some degree of humidity separation is helpful, which is the functional role of the window.

    Can you tell me if there is a runner/groove/track in the counter top for the window to run through when opening and closing? Does the opening and closing cause scratch marks on the counter? Thanks. Karen

    Hi Karen, There is no groove or track and they don't scratch the counter. The windows are supported by the hinges and are suspended above the counter.
