That is quite a small light! You definitely need different dimensions for your space. Here's how to find the size you need:
The diameter of the fixture you want should be equal, in inches, to the sum of the width and length dimensions of the room. To determine the ideal height of a fixture, consider the height of your ceiling. A hanging fixture should be at least 7 feet from the floor, but tall enough to not look "flat" in the space--or too small, as is the issue here.
