My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is indeed a freestanding microwave which could sit on a counter. It this application though, I built a cabinet to house the appliance and installed the trim kit around it to give it a "built-in" look.

      These model numbers may be a few years old, but the microwave is a "KCMS145JSS KitchenAid 1.4 cu ft. microwave, stainless steel" and the surrounding trim kit is a "MK1137XHS KitchenAid 27" microwave trim kit, stainless steel".
      It is a great microwave by the way.

      when i google this microwave I see that it's not is it a built in mircowave that it sits on the counter with a trim kit. Can you confirm if my understanding is correct. You may have made my day!! thanks
