Although the landscape looks nice i don't see no falling water. I google searched "interior waterfalls" and found many websites, but they all pretty much incased the waterfall within an transparent enclosure. I presume they did so so no water can possibly destroy your furniture or rugs. But, i'm thinking you want a real waterfall, like we find in nature, i.e. behind it lies rock, and between you and the water lies nothing but atmosphere. And of course, a waterfall is not really waterfall until we hear its sound
