Hi. I am building a new house. We will have a formal dining room. I am going for an open concept so with a formal dining room already in the house, Do you think we need an additional sit down eating area in the kitchen besides the bar? The kitchen is 15 x 19 and it will have (2) 9 foot islands. One in the center of the kitchen and the other will be the break between the kitchen and the great room. That 2nd island will have bars stools along it. Thoughts and opinions please? TIA
