My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I had the house custom designed by a local architect, David C. Fowler to fit the lot. The lot is an unusual, triangular shaped lot (there is a street running behind the house as well) so it may not fit well on your lot.
    It is a really nice floor plan....probably about 3500 sf on the main two levels. Check out David's website at www.dcfarch.com and you might want to talk to him about modifying the plan to suit your needs.
