My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I agree with stjean. Cherry will become darker naturally within a period of months. If you want to have a consistent color with no change due to light or oxidation you might wish to use maple and stain it to the color you desire. You will not have the grain of the cherry.
