My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you create this wood distressed concrete on the floor?

    I suppose you could use this pattern on the floor using wood boards to create the pattern when the concrete is still wet but it would be fairly rough and may be difficult to execute. You would want to check with your concrete contractor on this one. Good luck!
