My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I have a problem. I ordered the Medium size and it is in place, but looks too high up and small on top of our dinning table. I didn't realize we have 10 foot ceilings! I really love the piece but dimensions and height did not come out right. Can I possibly return it and get another one made with longer cords.
