My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wondering if placing a spice cab like this next to a range would hurt the spices with the oven heat. Love the idea of using the space for this.

    It's often done and that's just a cooktop, not an oven next to that rack. We're all supposed to replace our spices MUCH more frequently than we do, but I don't think heat should be an issue.

    We incoporate this accessory in our designs all the time and have never had an issue. It's always good practice to read all appliance specification and installation instructions for proper installation of all adjacent cabinetry.

    It will be a problem if you purchase a professional stove. They vent from the sides. You can get the same look, from the same manufacturers, as residentail stoves. Then it should not be a problem.

    No, it will not as its just the cook top ; or have you added a reference pic? if thats the case then you have to place it away from the oven b'coz of the heat from vents.
