My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the exterior color of this house, I love the way it changes as the light shifts throughout the day.
Also, the stone facade - is this real stone or manufactured?

      Stonewood, LLC - It's very nice of you to share the color of the siding. Did you mean SW 7046 Anonymous? If so, it looks much lighter on this house than the other one in this collection of photos "West Arm Cottage". You also posted that the other house is SW Anonymous. We are planning on using this color and it appears to be quite a bit darker than in this photo. Can you validate?

      Also, could you share the trim color? Love your homes on Houzz!
