I need to install new floor in my 3-season (soon to be 4) porch. The room is isolated from the rest of the house, so it would be nice to try out a different material besides the classic hardwood throughout. Brick runs along the room beneath the windows, and above that hardwood cherry planks on the walls and ceilings.

I am considering stone or tile, perhaps slate-colored or natural stone.
