Need a great neutral for a country hideaway renovation.

We are renovating a small house in the country and need a lovely neutral that seamlessly can go from wall to ceiling. (The ceilings are vaulted.) I have heard that Pratt & Lambert's Phantom is nice, but I am terrified to pull the trigger and get it wrong. Help!
