My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These floors are a Natural Walnut 3 1/4" planks. They are brought to the job raw, and finished on site. Thanks for looking!

      Black Walnut floors are my favorite to work with. We just finished a similar project with 8" wide planks. Let me know if you have any Walnut questions.

      Where can I purchase this walnut flooring from? Does it come pre-finished? You mentioned it was "finished" on site. What does that mean? Thanks -Jeff

      Jeff Sturm, Most custom flooring shops can provide this for you. Prefinished and Unfinished should both be options. Even over Engineered Plank. Finished on site means the finish was applied after installation. Email me for an easy quote. joel@oakandbroad.com

      Hi! I currently have walnut floors in my home for the past 17 years. They were brought in and finished onsite. We are about to have them refinished due to wear and tear over the years. My floor currently have an “orange dark” feel to
      they.. can you stain walnut to have a lighter shade to it? I love the blonde pieces woven into the wood, and even the really dark aspects as well. Do you have pictures of some stains you have used on walnut? If so, would love to see them! Thank you! And here’s my current floor:
