My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I think it is probably a one of a kind, but you can take this photo into Michael's Arts and Crafts and they can make it for you. I did that once and the woman actually created one that I like even more than the photo I provided.
