My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Chalk lines were snapped then carefully taped off using Frogtape for a tight seal before the stain was applied to the white oak floor to form the checkerboard pattern. The preparation and application of the stain is quite painstaking, but the end result is an extremely a durable and beautiful floor finish.
