My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      They are Possini sold by Eurolighting and Lamplus and they are on sale for 299. Lamplus ships to Canada. There is a similar version called Odysseus by Warehouse of Tiffany that is cheaper but I am not sure the quality is the same.
