help! We built a new home over summer and chose an engineered walnut flooring bc the salesman sold us on its hard qualities which would be appropriate for a house full of small children. The floors are a disaster they are denting so easily. We do not wear shoes in the house. My high heels have dented them along with dropping some as simple as a pen dents them. Were we sold a crap product. And we have over 2,000 sq ft of it on the first floor. are manufacturers good about replacing products that dont live up to what we were told???
