I can tell you from experience, go with one that is grayer than you think you want.

Need more info to help you. What other colors are in bedroom? How high? dimensions? I guess it matters how a particular color "reads" in the space. Green/gray sounds very restful. But it does not make skin colors look ideal. It sounds like it is a high ceiling so it shouldn't matter but something to think about. Personally I think the Horizon Gray would be nice. Careful with the Soft Fern color, it might look like a facility.

Now I'm thinking of going in a different direction altogether and doing Brandon Beige in the master..

I don't think it's one you have there, but it's similar. I LOVE my master bedroom paint color--BM Camouflage.

I have vale mist in my home and it's beautiful, very soothing and calm!

Saybrook Sage by Benjamin Moore is a lovely, soothing, timeless, green that may work.

If staying with the green, there are yellow greens and grey (blue) greens. Match to other features, any stone/tile work, carpet, etc.

Guildford green seems to be a green that can go anywhere. I have sage greens, bluish greens and forest greens- it works to make them all work together!

Consider a soft blue for a vaulted master bedroom. It will remind you of the sky when you open your eyes in the morning. Nice way to wake up.
